Ramazan Uğural
Founder & Chairman of the Board
Born in 1969 in Hopa, Artvin, Ramazan Uğural spent his childhood and youth in Maltepe, Istanbul. Entering business at a young age took him to Russia, Central Asia and Ukraine, where he delivered large-scale residential, commercial and tourism projects.
As the founder and Chairman of the Board of Turkish Development, he established the company's headquarters in Maltepe. With more than 30 years of experience, he has grown the company into an international construction brand operating in Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Montenegro.
Following the war in Ukraine, Uğural redirected his investments to Montenegro, where he continues to grow through residential and tourism projects. His work bringing value earned abroad back to the national economy has been recognised with several awards; alongside his role in business, he is also actively engaged in public service.
